* Valid Time to Book:
Usually train tickets are open to sell 10 days before the departure date. So we need your confirmation of your reservation at least 12 days in advance. SHF won’t buy the tickets if they have got no prepayment from you 12 days in advance. And the reservation will be canceled automatically without prior notice.

*Booking Confirmation or Failure:
Your travel consultant will send you formal confirmation by email or fax on the 10th day before departure date. Until then, no bonding contact is effective between you and SHF. If SHF fails to get the tickets you required, we will inform you no later than 9 days in advance and refund you all prepayment. If possible, we can help you book flight tickets after you pay the price difference.

* Booking Change or Cancellation:
If you want to change or cancel a confirmed reservation 10 days before the departure date, there is no charge of the change or cancelation. If the change/cancelation is within 10 days, there will additional charge, which will be 20% of the total price of your train ticket booking. We will deduct the amount from your prepayment and fund you the balance.

* Ticket Delivery
We will deliver the tickets by express post or by a person to the address you offer in the booking form unless you make special requirements. So please make sure the address and receiver's name are preciously correct. We SHF take no responsibility if the tickets cannot be delivered due to wrong address or no receiver.

* Ticket Price and Payment Options:
Your travel consultant will contact you within 24 hours after getting your enquiry form. He/she will offer you the price including ticket price, booking fee and delivery charges. Also he/she will email you detailed booking procedures and payment options.
